The Lord’s Day (June 26)
Developing Christian Character, a twelve week video series featuring Dr. R. C. Sproul. This week is Lecture # 3: “The Priorities of Righteousness.” From the Ligonier website: Often when we hear the word Pharisee, we are prone to think of terms like hypocrite, viper, or some other less than noble description. But the religious leaders of Jesus’ day weren’t completely devoid of virtue; they were doing something right. And for that “something,” they received the approval of Jesus Himself. Dr. Sproul looks at this “something” in this message as he calls us to prioritize our spiritual walk.
The Inquirer’s Class is for all visitors who would like to learn about the church and non-communicant members and others who would like to become members. This week’s topic: Inquiring about Christianity.
There are two children’s classes which use Great Commission Publications curriculum.
A changed man, Saul begins his ministry immediately. However, he was not received very well. This week, we’ll look at Acts 9:19b-31, A Tale of Two Cities.
We’ve waded into the waters of Revelation and by all accounts had a good discussion on the opening verses. We’ll continue on chapter one, studying Revelation 1:4-8, A Latter to Seven Churches.
Please join us for prayer on Sunday from 5:00-5:30 pm prior to the evening service.
